A practice to cleanse the vagina and uterus using healing herbs

How does it work
Take a crock pot or stainless steel pot
Add 1/4 tablespoon of herbs
Bring water to a boil
Place pot inside of steam box
Do this for 15-30 minutes
As the steam rises the herbs penetrate vaginal tissues
