Processing Time

  • All orders are handmade and processed within 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping

 

  • Orders are shipped via USPS and temporarily with UPS.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by region.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you entered at checkout.
    (Tip: Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.)

International Orders

  • Some international shipments may be delayed due to customs processing.
  • Buyers are responsible for all import duties, fees, and taxes.
  • If a package is returned due to unpaid import fees or failed delivery attempts, those fees will be deducted from your refund, and only the remaining balance will be issued.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an order is placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

  • Layna’s Skin Care LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • If your order is lost or damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS.
  • If you received the wrong product or are missing an item, please email laynasskincare@gmail.com with a clear photo of your order within 24 hours. We’ll ship a replacement within 1–3 business days.

Incorrect Address Policy

 

  • Orders will ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you forgot to include your apartment or unit number and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost.

Right to Refuse Service

 

  • Layna’s Skin Care LLC reserves the right to limit or refuse service to any individual.
