If international orders are returned to Layna's Skin Care LLC with outstanding import fees and taxes due to multiple delivery attempts; import fees will deduct from the refund amount that will be due. The remaining balance then will be refunded if any

Our products are handcrafted & made to order. Absolutely, no returns and or exchanges once an order is placed.
LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGE PACKAGES:
Layna's Skin Care LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen and or damage packages. We encourage to follow up with USPS to file a claim
If you received the incorrect product/missing item please email Laynasskincare@gmail.com with a photo of your order, within 24 hours. A replacement will be shipped out within 1-3 business days.
If you entered the incorrect address and you fail to update it: THATS THE ADDRESS IT WILL SHIP TO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NEGLIGENCE
IF YOU FORGOT THE APT NUMBER & IT COMES BACK TO US YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED EXCLUDES SHIPPING
